The largest of the three properties. A very spacious house, ideal for family get togethers and special celebrations.  It sleeps up to 7 people and up to two cots and highchairs can be provided.

Upstairs you will find four bedrooms.

A large double room with king-size bed and an ensuite shower room with toilet and washbasin.
One single room. 
Two twin bedded rooms, one of which has zip and link beds that can be joined together to make a super-king size bed.

There is also a bathroom upstairs which has a bath with over-bath shower, washbasin and toilet. An additional toilet can be found on the ground floor.

Downstairs there is a very spacious lounge with comfy sofas,
flat screen television with Freeview, Video & DVD players and an inglenook fireplace with a large woodburner - logs are supplied free of charge to keep you warm and cosy on those wintry days.

The spacious fitted kitchen is very well-equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer and electric cooker. It also has a dining area with pine table and chairs.

The house is centrally heated throughout.
