BOOKING
A booking can be made in several ways:-
By Cheque
- Please email or phone first to check availability and confirm your
booking. Send a 20% deposit along with the booking form
within seven days in order to secure the booking. The balance
will be due six weeks before the arrival date. Non-payment by
the due date will be treated as a cancellation.
If the booking is made less than six weeks in advance, the full amount
will be due at the time of booking.
By Credit Card - Credit or debit cards can be accepted using the Paypal link below. Please email
or phone first to confirm availability. A
20% deposit is required at the time of booking, the balance due six
weeks before arrival. If the booking is
made less than six weeks in advance, the full amount will be taken at
the
time of booking. A booking form must also be completed and
sent by
post or email.
Non-payment by the due date will be treated as a cancellation.

CANCELLATION In the event of
cancellation, please advise us immediately. We will attempt to re-let
the property and return your payment, less a handling charge of £25.00
per cottage. If we are unable to
re-let all monies will be forfeited.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE The
cottages are available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival to 10.00am on
the day of departure.
PETS Unfortunately
we are unable to accommodate pets
GUEST NUMBERS The number of people occupying a cottage must not exceed the number stated without written approval from Highdown Farm.
CLEANING, DAMAGE, BREAKAGES The cottages should be left clean and in the same good condition as found. Any breakages should be reported and we reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage.
In the unlikely event of your cottage being unavailable for reasons beyond our control, e.g. fire damage, we will endeavour to find similar alternative accommodation or give a complete refund. No further liability will be accepted.
The use of accommodation and amenities including the farm, gardens and grounds is entirely at the Hirers's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the Hirer or the Hirer's companions or guests.
