There are many lovely walks in the area including around the farm, the surrounding villages and at Ashclyst forest

There is a good network of cycle paths in
Devon.
The nearest is The Westcountry Way. Others
include the Exeter Canal and The Exe Estuary

Exeter with its great new shopping centre is only a 30 minutes drive away.
Darts Farm at Topsham includes a farm shop, gifts, childrens clothes and toys and outdoor clothing as well as restaurant.
